Nick is a Chartered Accountant and has served business owners and families in his accounting role for over 30 years. Nick had the desire to help families beyond their accounting needs and that has led to the creation of Heirloom Wealth, an independent, integrated wealth management firm. At Heirloom, Nick is responsible for coordinating the efforts of the firm’s partners and partner relationships in their service to Heirloom clients.

Nick has gained extensive experience in advising wealthy families and small to medium-sized enterprises in the areas of general accounting services, forensic accounting services as well as litigation support. Nick received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1991 and shortly after was admitted as Partner in the firm of Williams & Partners, Chartered Accountants LLP where he became President and Managing Director. In 2003, Nick graduated with a prestigious diploma in Investigative and Forensic Accounting at the Rotman School of Business (University of Toronto), where he continues to help as coordinator and instructor within the Investigative and Forensic Accounting program.

As part of his commitment to giving back to his community, Nick acted as Board Member and Treasurer at Hospice Vaughan from September 2016 to September 2021.

Enzo brings over 25 years of experience as a tax specialist to Heirloom Wealth and is responsible for all tax-related issues and consulting for Heirloom’s clients. Enzo’s diversified career has included developing tax minimization strategies and estate plans for wealthy families, as well as tax efficient structures for corporations.

In 1999, Enzo joined the accounting firm, Williams & Partners, after several years spent with an international firm and working for a Canadian-based multi-national in the automotive industry. Enzo has used his expertise to aid government programs in the areas of scientific research, experimental development, and other government funding programs.

Enzo is very active in his community and is the past Chair of the Mariann Nursing Home Residence, the past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Mackenzie Health Hospital Foundation, and is currently a director for the Bel Canto Foundation.

Baylor has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. His extensive experience and understanding of financial services come from his time spent at a major Canadian bank, a major Canadian Insurance company, and a global investment management firm. As a member of the Heirloom team, Baylor provides his financial planning and estate planning expertise to Heirloom clients. Baylor is also an Associate Portfolio Manager at Polaris Wealth, a registered Portfolio Manager with the Ontario Securities Commission and provides investment advice to clients.

Baylor has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (2000) from Mount Allison University with a major in Economics; he graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business in 2009 with an MBA; and holds the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
